Code Encoders!

Engineering the rails for INFIN Global's real-world asset marketplace

From 2023 to 2026, Code Encoders was INFIN Global's technical build partner and, for a period, its VP of Blockchain and R&D, architecting the token infrastructure behind a multi-chain marketplace for tokenized coloured diamonds, gold, real estate, fine art, pre-IPO equity, and other premium assets.

The Challenge

Tokenizing real assets means three regulators have to agree with each other

INFIN Global set out to give everyday investors access to assets that had always sat behind institutional walls, starting from a $50 entry point. That's a straightforward pitch. The infrastructure behind it is not.

A platform like this has to satisfy KYC/AML checks across multiple jurisdictions, issue two structurally different token standards for two different classes of investor: a freely tradable utility token for retail, and a regulated security token for institutional holdings, and keep custody, identity, and compliance reporting airtight while still feeling like a simple app to use.

Specialized Premium Assets

There was no off-the-shelf platform that did all of this out of the box. It had to be architected, built, and owned end to end, starting from the original 2023 concept, Infinity Digital Assets, through its 2025 evolution into INFIN Global.

How We Worked Together

Not a vendor relationship. A seat inside the company.

Embedded Leadership

VP of Blockchain & R&D

From April 2023 to May 2026, Code Encoders' founder Syed Mustafa Haider held the VP of Blockchain & R&D seat at INFIN Global directly, directing the platform's blockchain architecture and smart contract logic, and advising on compliance, custody, and cross-chain strategy from inside the company.

WebApp, DApp & Token Infrastructure

Alongside that seat at the table, the Code Encoders team built the product itself: the WebApp, DApp, and token infrastructure that power INFIN Global end to end, plus the brand system, website, and technical documentation that carried the platform through its 2025 rebrand.

What We Built

Three years, one platform, one rebrand

2023

Infinity Digital Assets: the original build

Designed and built the founding WebApp, DApp, and token infrastructure for fractional real-estate ownership, with smart contracts on Ethereum, a Next.js frontend, and a Node.js/Express backend.

2025

Rebrand to INFIN Global: the technical roadmap

Authored the CTO technical roadmap for the rebrand: moving the platform onto Polygon EVM with a dual token-standard model, and mapping the full compliance stack, issuance, KYC/AML, custody, and transaction monitoring, across a Q2 to Q4 build plan.

Late 2025

Platform and brand rebuild

Rebuilt the site end to end, with new brand guidelines and visual identity, plus the copy and information architecture for every core page: Home, About Us, Invest in Real Assets, Become an Asset Partner, INFIN Token, INFIN Card, and Educational Resources, now live at infinglobal.io.

Late 2025

Vendor and compliance due diligence

Ran a structured RFP evaluation of white-label tokenization vendors against INFIN's technical and regulatory requirements, led technical due diligence on the platform's token-issuance partner, and coordinated the legal groundwork for a software licensing partnership.

May 2026

Engagement paused

The active build phase wound down in May 2026 as INFIN Global's roadmap shifted. The architecture, documentation, and working relationship stay in place. Code Encoders remains ready to pick the next phase back up when INFIN needs it.

01

Token Layer

Dual standards on a single platform: a freely tradable utility token for retail access, and a regulated security token for institutional and asset-backed holdings.

02

Identity & Compliance

Identity-bound wallets and a two-tier whitelisting model, so onboarding and jurisdictional restrictions are enforced at the wallet level, not bolted on after the fact.

03

Custody & Security

Institutional-grade custody paired with continuous on-chain monitoring, backed by multi-signature wallet controls across asset tranches.

04

Issuance & Markets

Token issuance, cap table, and order management run through a dedicated issuance platform, with a separate order-book backend for secondary market access.

Wallet Support

Standard Web3 wallet connectivity alongside a purpose-built INFIN mobile wallet, so users aren't forced into unfamiliar tooling to start investing.

From the Client

It was an amazing experience to work with Code Encoders on the Infinity Digital Assets platform. They meticulously constructed our WebApp, DApp, and token infrastructure, guaranteeing user experience, security, and compliance. Their knowledge made our idea of blockchain-based fractional real estate ownership a reality.

What This Engagement Shows

Depth over a headline number

Full-stack Web3 delivery

From smart contracts to the consumer-facing web app, under one team, with no handoffs between a blockchain shop and a product shop.

Regulatory fluency

Architecture built around real licensing requirements across Luxembourg, Dubai, and the BVI, with VASP coverage spanning the UAE, Singapore, and Nigeria.

Dual-token compliance model

Shipping both a retail utility token and an institutional-grade security token on the same platform, without compromising either.

A three-year relationship

Not a one-off build. A technical partnership that carried the client through a full rebrand and stayed intact through 2026.
